I felt it important to commend Ichabod's Tree Experts for the excellent service we received. We had a dead hickory tree precariously close to a shed and playground in our back yard. The crew you sent to cut down the tree was professional and courteous.

In addition, the crew elevated and trimmed a birch tree that previously made it difficult to mow the lawn. Not only will it be easier to mow the lawn but the tree looks much more attractive. I believe it was Ken who came to do the estimate and suggested trimming the birch tree. Thank you for the great suggestion!

Just a note to say thank your again for a job very well done!  As you know, I had been searching for your phone number for two years and when I found it I was delighted!  Your crew did an absolutely exemplary job trimming my trees and did a thorough job of cleaning up as well.  It was also great that they gave me the option of stock piling the chips at the end of the day.  That idea had never occured to me... it was like getting a bonus.  Keep up the fantastic work and rest assured, I will be quick to recommend you should I run into anyone who is need of truly professional tree trimming work!

Just wanted to let you know that you exceeded our greatest expectations in terms of excellence, efficiency, cost of service, and quality of tree removal. All of your employees demonstrated the highest level of expertise as they participated in highly dangerous operations of removal of huge Oak and Cottonwood trees on the property, some in close proximity to the house.
